On December 7, 2020 - the Black Catholic Apostolate offered an Advent Day of Prayer. The theme for the day of prayer was “Going to the Well to Build Community”. How can we build relationships that bring people into the Church? The day of prayer was led by author, counselor and member of Community Renewal Capital Area Intervention Core Team: Deacon Timothy E. Tilghman from the Archdiocese of Washington. The day included music by the Diocesan Gospel Choir, Confessions, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Holy Mass, light refreshments & lunch.
