On October 4, 2025, the new Archbishop of Detroit visited Gesu church and school to celebrate Mass and take a tour of the school. This was on the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi and Archbishop Weisenburger came in recognition of Gesu’s important work.

Indian Mission | 

The Kateri Northwest Ministry Institute continues to meet once a month, September to May, with about fifteen to twenty participants each session. December, January, and February we meet only on Zoom, but otherwise at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center.

Black Catholic Mission | 

The 2026 Drum Major Awards were celebrated on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Toledo. Held in conjunction with the Mass for Promoting Harmony, the annual awards recall the legacy of Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr.

Each member of Anchorage’s Kateri Circle comes to St. Anthony parish every Thursday to share their joy.

The community of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish and the people of Ysleta de Sur Pueblo came together to celebrate and culturally bring to conclusion the Christmas season. The community came together on February 2, Feast of the Presentation of the Lord.
