Indian Mission | 

One of the highlights of St. Anthony Indian School year is our Native American Day which had to be scheduled earlier than usual this school year. For several weeks in advance of the event the students start their practice.

St. Lawrence Catholic School celebrated Hispanic Heritage month with student performances, religious studies, and a sumptuous meal celebrated outside, together.

De La Salle Blackfeet School kicked off the 2024-25 school year with a warm welcome to new and returning students. Registration nights and orientations set the stage.

The month of June we traveled to the communities of St. Francis, Rosebud, Spring Creek, and Parmelee! July 8-12, 2024 was our last week of Body, mind & soul camps for 2024 in the community of Mission.

SFM Youth group had their Annual Easter basket give away after Mass at St. Charles on Easter Sunday. The youth made 125 baskets and filled candy bags!

Black Catholic Mission | 

There was much community fun enjoyed on October 5 and 6 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish (IHM) Annual Fall Bazaar. This year, IHM celebrated the 71st anniversary of the Fall Bazaar; that was many months in the planning.

In July we celebrated the Feast of St. Kateri Tekakwitha with our annual Mass celebration. The Mass has native drumming by our Native American parishioner, Stoney Cuthair.

For years now, the Diocese’s Black Catholic Apostolate has kept alive its tradition of an annual late-August picnic.
