The 8th Grade Promotion happened over two days. On Wednesday, May 22nd at 5:00 p.m. the Parents, Families and the St. Peter Community gathered in Church to pray the Rosary for the promoting class.

For the first time in more than four years, on the first Friday of April, Fr. Mike Fitzpatrick, S.J., the director of KNMI, headed out from Oregon and drove to the Ursuline Centre in Great Falls, Montana, to begin once again to have Kateri weekend meetings.

The Black and Indian Mission Office grant funds enlivened the African American community in the Diocese of Beaumont tremendously as our African American Ministry and parishes shined the light of Christ in a multitude of ways.

Each year the Diocese of Biloxi hosts a Youth Conference for all the teens within the Diocese. This year it was held on Friday, March 8th, 2024, through Sunday, March 10th, 2024.

Sr. Jane Nesmith, SBS, accompanied ten Black Catholics from the Diocese of Cleveland on a cultural pilgrimage to Tanzania, East Africa from May 8-May 20th.

In November of 2023, after 5 years, the long-awaited Memorial Garden at Mission San Gabriel Archangel was finally completed and dedicated.

At Our Lady Queen of Martyrs, we decided to do an Earth Day Parade to advertise protecting the Earth for future generations. To get ready for the parade, the students did Earth Day activities.

St. Charles Apache Mission School offers a high-quality Catholic education rooted in Apache identity for children living on the San Carlos Apache Indian Reservation. Students explore their faith through weekly Masses, prayer services, and sacramental preparation.
