The summer months on the Fort Belknap Reservation continue the vast ministry. An added involvement is the summer Pow Wow gatherings.

Bishop Thomas Olmsted turned 75 and sent a letter to Pope Francis asking him to accept his letter of retirement. It was not until July that we heard that we were getting a new bishop.

Black Catholic Mission | 

If you know Samir, you know that nothing has come to him easily; besides maybe basketball. Samir McDaniels, 29, grew up in a rough neighborhood in Dorchester, MA where he was the youngest of six kids.

Just like the past 122 years, rooted in our long-lasting catholic identity and rich cultural heritage, the month of July of 2022 was filled with joy throughout the Town of Ignacio as we celebrated “La Fiesta Patronal de San Ignacio” on the last full weekend of July.

St. Jude Mission School had a wonderful 2021-2022 school year. Our students grew as Faith Filled Catholics, Life Long Learners, Responsible Citizens, and Effective Communicators.
