Archbishop Carroll High School

Archbishop Carroll High School has proudly enjoyed a rich history as a strong, faith-based educational institution within the Archdiocese of Washington. Archbishop Carroll High School welcomes young people and empowers them in a rigorous, diverse, and supportive learning environment.

Jason Reyes is a senior at Archbishop Carroll, who has challenged himself to increase his academic competency since transferring from another school; and has been on the honor roll every semester. His favorite classes are the International Baccalaureate (I.B.) English and Law and Justice Courses. Upon graduation, he plans to attend Washington Adventist University.

Jason is active outside the classroom as he plays on the Varsity soccer team and is the team manager for the Latin Dance team. He also participates in the annual food drive. His favorite activity this year was decorating the fence along the highway with green and gold colors with his fellow senior class members. They bonded and got to know each other during that time.

“Jason is an extremely hard-working and selfless kid. He made a very selfless sacrifice this season for the team. He willingly made a transition to play a position in which he’s never played before, and he did well,” says Anthony Ugorji, Archbishop Carroll Senior Head Coach.
