Indian Mission

St. Augustine Indian Mission School teachers were eager to welcome students back to school on August 18. The day began with a special drum ceremony by members of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.

Father Mark Bridgman has had a busy summer saying the weekend Masses for four parishes, while our director, Father Mark Beran, has been visiting parishes in the region to share the St. Augustine Mission story.

The last year has been very difficult for the members of out Many Nations Circle to hold activities and events due to pandemic.

Summer 2021 was spent attending the Catechesis of the Good Shepard Level 1. The training was held at St Jude’s in Havre, Montana. We learned a lot!

Sacred Heart parish in Nespelem, WA is served by a priest who has the responsibility of serving many parishes in the geographical area.
