Indian Mission

The first few weeks of school the students held a food drive. The local food pantry at the Mary Mother of Mankind Parish in Saint Michaels, informed the school they were in dire need of assistance to stock the shelves.

St. Michael’s School is off to a busy start spreading the Good News among our students and with the Mahnomen community!

Red Cloud Indian School celebrated Nicholas Black Elk’s nomination for canonization this past summer.

These Jemez Pueblo students celebrated their sacrament of First Communion on May 5, 2019.

This picture was taken in July at Our Lady of Assumption Church at Zia Pueblo. We had 34 students who made their First Communion.

Sacred Heart Catholic Church (Emmonak)--The parish now has a regular priest: Fr. Stan Jaszek, who spends two weeks at a time in Emmonak celebrating the Mass and sacraments.
