We started our summer Body, Mind, & Soul camp in Rosebud the week of May 29-June 2, 2023. We had a lot of children participate. We want to thank the Loyola Academy, Chicago, IL for traveling to help with our camp. We appreciated all their help. The children made new friends and had fun all week! The theme for BMS is “Stellar-Shine a light on Jesus’ love” We also incorporate our Lakota language and teachings into our camp. We do arts & crafts, and outdoor games. We offer breakfast, lunch and snacks. Thank you to Fr. Jim for celebrating Mass for the camp on Thursday. Thank you to all our youth helpers! The camps are open to children ages 6-14 years and run from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. all week.
