Little Flower Catholic School, Heart of Mary Catholic School, Resurrection Catholic School

Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Mobile have been busy earning honors and learning about the faith. Little Flower Catholic School seventh-grader Karrington George and Heart of Mary Catholic School eighth-grader Christtersen Ransom represented their schools well as they were finalists in the annual Mobile/Baldwin Catholic Schools Spelling Bee. Heart of Mary students had a fun and faith-filled time with Archdiocese of Mobile Vocations Director Fr. Victor Ingalls. The students learned the importance of God’s call and His presence in their lives. Fr. Ingalls also played a fun game of basketball with the students and gave them a special prayer and blessing. Middle school students also held a Black History Month art exhibition. Each student chose an influential black writer or artist to research. Finally at Resurrection Catholic School in Montgomery, students learned that God’s presence is everywhere – including in nature.
