The diocese of Charleston held their Eucharistic Congress on Saturday, April 6th at the Columbia Convention Center in Columbia, SC. The Friday night before the event several parishes open their doors for a "About Town" pre - Eucharistic Celebration. St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church hosted the event "Eucharistic Praise." The youth and students from Allen University performed a skit with dancing and narrative on the Eucharist and the lives of Servant of God Thea Bowmen and Venerable Henriette Delille. Over 150 people attended the event. It was enjoyed by all.
