St. Francis of Assisi School
Spring is a time of new life, new beginnings, and for the school year…closure. It is nothing but joy as we celebrate spring events at St. Francis School. We celebrated the new life of Christ in the Resurrection, especially during our annual Stations of the Cross walk, a pilgrimage with live stations hosted by the 7th and 8th graders. We celebrated the completion of the kindergartners first year in school, and the new beginnings for our 8th grade as they were promoted to high school and move on from St. Francis of Assisi School. We celebrated our students’ accomplishments, especially Hai-Itsa Lefthandbull, winner of the Ted Sczcepanski Math Award for highest math growth over the course of the year. Most of all, we celebrate a school year filled with love, fellowship, service, and joy. We finished out the year with a final opportunity to all come together at the end of year field day. The students got to play kick-ball, run races, break piñatas, tie-dye, and join the highlight of the day - a schoolwide water and color fight. Now we take the time to recuperate and prepare for the next beginning, school year 2025-2026. Thank you to all who supported us this school year, and we will see you all in August! God Bless!
