St. Peter Claver Catholic School
What a wonderful time of year to reflect on the blessings of the new school year! During October, St. Peter Claver Catholic School hosts their Annual Fall Gala supporting the students of the Historic St. Peter Claver Catholic School! What a moment to share with our community as we were able to provide our supporters an opportunity to see the St. Peter Claver Catholic School Choir sing to open the event! We are truly blessed to also have 2 Jesuit Tampa High School pianists perform for our guests! What a treat it was for the Tampa Catholic High School drumline be present and perform as our guests entered the venue, the Academy of Holy Names! This event not only provided at atmosphere that brought in 4 different Catholic schools together, but also the community that supports Catholic education and excellence!
St. Peter Claver Catholic School was able to host this event as an opportunity to raise money for this year's focus: the Teacher/Staff Classroom Supplies Fund! Monies collected were able to be used to provide instructional materials for our teachers and staff!
To celebrate the event, we honored 2 amazing community members of St. Peter Claver Catholic School; Colonel Cherron R. Galluzzo as our Community Impact Award Winner and Dr. Kermit Harvey as our Outstanding Alumni Award Winner! (Read more about them in the pictures attached). Our community came together to recognize the examples these 2 leave in our community!
