You may recall that I am a priest of the Archdiocese of New Orleans who was called in 2007 to minister in Washington, DC as Executive Director of the Black and Indian Mission Office. Recently, however, my Archbishop, the Most Reverend Gregory Aymond has called me to pastoral service back home.
I am to report to Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Slidell, Louisiana for July 1, 2015, but will continue to oversee the National Office for the next few months. Yes, there will be back and forth travel as business may warrant. In the meantime, the Board is seeking a new Director for the Office. Do keep their efforts in your prayers.
Ministry with the Bureau of Catholic Indian Missions, the Catholic Negro American Mission Board and the Annual Collection has blessed my life in more ways than I can enumerate. Thank you for being a part of our family of faith. Know I hold you in my heart and prayers and I ask for your prayerful support in return.
