Black Catholic Mission

York Catholic Middle & High School is grateful for the grant received from the Black and Indian Mission Office that has helped to supplement teachers’ salaries for those who work toward promoting diversity and equity within our school community.

Our 7th Grade enjoyed a wonderfully fun and spiritual retreat day together. Throughout the day, they spent time in reflection and completed a variety of teambuilding activities.

The AACC scholarship committee started a school supply drive for students in need at Catholic schools on church sites.

At Saint Peter Claver Catholic School, pastors from each of the some 40 different churches attended by SPCCS students are all invited to celebrate a ecumenical prayer service.

Welcome! All were welcomed to join a collaboration of Catholics of African, African American, or Caribbean descent.
