St. Lawrence School
St. Lawrence School is located in North Miami Beach, Florida. One of the perks of living in the Sunshine State is our constant, beautiful weather. Mrs. Davis, who teaches middle school English Language Arts, was able to have her students present their creative stories outside in the form of a “picnic presentation”. Students brought their own blankets to lounge outside and sipped fresh lemonade their teacher made for them as their classmates each read their creative stories aloud. The students had been working on their stories and working through the all the different phases of the writing process so diligently, that it delightful to have them showcase their hard work in such a refreshing atmosphere. We are not only thankful that are students are hard workers, but we are also thankful that our teachers are thoughtful educators.
