Jesus washed the Disciples' feet to show nobody is above serving their neighbor. This tradition is reenacted annually on Holy Thursday here at the Catholic Schools of Fairbanks and around the world. Attached is a photo of our PreK students practicing this tradition.
All grade school students attend PE class twice per week. The two boys are high-fiving, but were too tired to smile (according to them).
