For the students at St. Francis of Assisi, this holiday season was filled with most of the usual cheer and bustle. From our Halloween Carnival to our annual Christmas pageant, we have been in the holiday spirit.
De La Salle Blackfeet School continued celebrating its 25th anniversary year with a season marked by faith, academic progress, cultural learning, and community participation.
National Catholic Schools Week was celebrated at Sapa Un Jesuit Academy, a small private kindergarten through eighth grade school located in St. Francis.
The Kateri Northwest Ministry Institute continues to meet once a month, September to May, with about fifteen to twenty participants each session. December, January, and February we meet only on Zoom, but otherwise at Immaculate Heart Retreat Center.
The community of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish and the people of Ysleta de Sur Pueblo came together to celebrate and culturally bring to conclusion the Christmas season. The community came together on February 2, Feast of the Presentation of the Lord.
