Elementary students often visit the larger high school classrooms for lab work with science teacher Jamie B. Adams, RN. Recently, second and third graders worked with microscopes in the lab viewing slides while learning the basics of microscope use.
This past season the high school Cardinals softball team had a roster of 15 girls and they competed fiercely, earning a trip to the 1A Arizona Softball State Tournament in May.
May is a beautiful month at St. Teresa of Avila School because it is the month our students receive the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Two of our students received the Sacrament of Baptism.
