The vast and beautiful Blackfeet Reservation in Northwest Montana is home to around 8,000 enrolled members of the Blackfeet Tribe, most of whom are also baptized Catholics.

Before Easter we had the pleasure of our bishop visiting to celebrate Conformation. It was a great celebration with 24 young people being confirmed.

This June, St. Benedict the Moor School in Pittsburgh’s Hill District welcomed back its beloved summer enrichment program!

On Friday, September 5, 2025, Gesu celebrated the Mass of the Holy Spirit, a long-standing Jesuit tradition. This Mass was led by the 8th grade, with the 5th grade participating as the choir.

We hosted a Back to School Giveaway on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at the St. John Community Center, and 164 students were served. We still have about 40 bags of school supplies left.

Two vibrant youth programs came alive with faith and fellowship.

Indian Mission | 

On April 16, 2025, we met with the SFM Youth group to make Easter baskets and fill candy bags! They made 200 baskets to give away!

On April 19, 2025, we celebrated the Easter Vigil at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, St. Francis, SD. We had five baptisms and fourteen teens complete the sacrament of baptism and first communion.
