Lector’s Training Session

The Lector’s Training Session held on July 7, 2022 was a huge success. Sixteen parishioners attended the session presented by Anita Soltero, Assistant Director for Faith Formation and Catholic Schools, Diocese of Ogdensburg.

Pictured are the two indigenous pilgrimage groups sponsored by the Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall who went to Quebec City for the Papal visit of Pope Francis last week. One group represented 36 Indigenous Catholics and residential school survivors.

On November 30th 2022 St. Andrew Catholic School celebrated the Feast of St. Andrew. Students participated in a school wide retreat where they were able to complete a multitude of activities.

Every summer Fr. Corey takes a group of boys on a week-long retreat/camping trip to the Companions of the Lamb retreat center near Paradise, MI. This past summer he also started a girls retreat/camping trip as well.

On the morning of September 9, the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tuy Pathu Pre-K gathered at the Ysleta Mission to celebrate grandparent’s/elder’s day.
