The Black & Indian Grant has helped St. Anthony of New Town to provided many different opportunities for our students.
The grant funds were used for two major purposes. First, to purchase the educational items needed, such as workbooks, reading materials, prayer cards, and other items that the Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Deacon used when they were making home visits.
On May 17, 2019, the Native American Ministry Office held its 6th Annual Pueblo Governors’ Lunch. Every year, we look forward to hosting this event.
We are very grateful for the Black and Indian Mission Grant which enabled us to bring Sister Kateri Mitchell to Lakewood, Co. for our Lenten Retreat. The participants in the Retreat were very comfortable and pleased.
