Kateri Northwest Ministry Institute hosted a retreat at the Immaculate Heart Retreat Center in Spokane, WA, in collaboration with the Native Wellness Institute.

On the morning of August 9 to begin a new school year the Tigua ministry along with Rev. Miguel Briseño, OFM, Conv. Pastor at the Mission of San Antonio de la Ysleta de Sur visited the Tuy-Pathu PK center at Ysleta del Sur Pueblo.

St Kateri has had a summer of hope and blessings. The average weekly attendance is up due to summer visitors and some new residents.

Pope Francis instituted the World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly, a celebration in line with traditions at St. Ann’s Indian Mission on the Turtle Mountain Reservation.

What a wonderful start we have had to the 2022-2023 school year that kicked off on August 24 at our Back to School Night Event!

The summer months on the Fort Belknap Reservation continue the vast ministry. An added involvement is the summer Pow Wow gatherings.
