This January the theme for the Catholic Schools Week in the Diocese of Fort Wayne South Bend was Learn, Serve, Lead, and Succeed.

Rural Deacon, Fr. Mark Hoelsken, travels to St. Mary’s, Mountain Village, and Pilot Station about once a month to provide the Mass and sacraments.
Every Sunday, we gather after church for snacks in the Hall. At these impromptu gatherings, we plan fundraisers and enjoy each other’s food offerings.
The last week of January 2020 was a fun and faith filled week for the students of Immaculate Conception Parish School. For the first time, we divided all students, faculty and staff into Prayer Families.
Our Virtue program has us consistently practicing virtuous habits while learning about a specific virtue each month, students lead our weekly school Mass from Altar serving to singing, and everything in between.
